2 Korintus 3:10-11

3:10 For indeed, what had been glorious now ¹  has no glory because of the tremendously greater glory of what replaced it. ²  3:11 For if what was made ineffective ³  came with ⁴  glory, how much more has what remains ⁵  come in glory!

2 Korintus 3:14

3:14 But their minds were closed. ⁶  For to this very day, the same veil remains when they hear the old covenant read. ⁷  It has not been removed because only in Christ is it taken away. ⁸

[1:10]  ¹² tn BDAG 129 s.v. ἀρεσκεία states that ἀρεσκείαν (areskeian) refers to a “desire to please εἰς πᾶσαν ἀ. to please (the Lord) in all respects Col 1:10.”
