1:47 The king’s servants have even come to congratulate
1 our master
2 King David, saying, ‘May your God
3 make Solomon more famous than you and make him an even greater king than you!’
4 Then the king leaned

6:27 He put the cherubs in the inner sanctuary of the temple.
6 Their wings were spread out. One of the first cherub’s wings touched one wall and one of the other cherub’s wings touched the opposite wall. The first cherub’s other wing touched the second cherub’s other wing in the middle of the room.

Lord, God of Israel, there is no god like you in heaven above or on earth below! You maintain covenantal loyalty
9 to your servants who obey you with sincerity.

9:3 The
Lord said to him, “I have answered
11 your prayer and your request for help that you made to me. I have consecrated this temple you built by making it my permanent home;
12 I will be constantly present there.
