Daniel 7:20

7:20 I also wanted to know¹ the meaning of the ten horns on its head, and of that other horn which came up and before which three others fell. This was the horn that had eyes² and a mouth speaking arrogant things, whose appearance was more formidable than the others.³

Wahyu 12:3

12:3 Then⁴ another sign appeared in heaven: a huge red dragon that had seven heads and ten horns, and on its heads were seven diadem crowns.⁵

The Two Beasts

13:1 Then⁶ I saw a beast coming up out of the sea. It⁷ had ten horns and seven heads, and on its horns were ten diadem crowns,⁸ and on its heads a blasphemous name.⁹

17:3 So¹⁰ he carried me away in the Spirit¹¹ to a wilderness,¹² and there¹³ I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast that was full of blasphemous names and had seven heads and ten horns.

Wahyu 17:12-13

17:12 The¹⁴ ten horns that you saw are ten kings who have not yet received a kingdom, but will receive ruling authority¹⁵ as kings with the beast for one hour. 17:13 These kings¹⁶ have a single intent, and they will give their power and authority to the beast.

Wahyu 17:16-18

17:16 The¹⁷ ten horns that you saw, and the beast – these will hate the prostitute and make her desolate and naked. They¹⁸ will consume her flesh and burn her up with fire.¹⁹ 17:17 For God has put into their minds²⁰ to carry out his purpose²¹ by making²² a decision²³ to give their royal power²⁴ to the beast until the words of God are fulfilled.²⁵ 17:18 As for²⁶ the woman you saw, she is the great city that has sovereignty over the kings of the earth.”
