12:12 I will pass through 24 the land of Egypt in the same 25 night, and I will attack 26 all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both of humans and of animals, 27 and on all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgment. 28 I am the Lord. 12:13 The blood will be a sign for you on the houses where you are, so that when I see 29 the blood I will pass over you, 30 and this plague 31 will not fall on you to destroy you 32 when I attack 33 the land of Egypt. 34
12:14 This day will become 35 a memorial 36 for you, and you will celebrate it as a festival 37 to the Lord – you will celebrate it perpetually as a lasting ordinance. 38 12:15 For seven days 39 you must eat 40 bread made without yeast. 41 Surely 42 on the first day you must put away yeast from your houses because anyone who eats bread made with yeast 43 from the first day to the seventh day will be cut off 44 from Israel.
12:16 On the first day there will be a holy convocation, 45 and on the seventh day there will be a holy convocation for you. You must do no work of any kind 46 on them, only what every person will eat – that alone may be prepared for you. 12:17 So you will keep the Feast of Unleavened Bread, because on this very 47 day I brought your regiments 48 out from the land of Egypt, and so you must keep this day perpetually as a lasting ordinance. 49 12:18 In the first month, 50 from the fourteenth day of the month, in the evening, you will eat bread made without yeast until the twenty-first day of the month in the evening. 12:19 For seven days 51 yeast must not be found in your houses, for whoever eats what is made with yeast – that person 52 will be cut off from the community of Israel, whether a foreigner 53 or one born in the land. 12:20 You will not eat anything made with yeast; in all the places where you live you must eat bread made without yeast.’”
34:18 “You must keep the Feast of Unleavened Bread. For seven days 54 you must eat bread made without yeast, as I commanded you; do this 55 at the appointed time of the month Abib, for in the month Abib you came out of Egypt.
9:2 “The Israelites are to observe 57 the Passover 58 at its appointed time. 59 9:3 In the fourteenth day of this month, at twilight, 60 you are to observe it at its appointed time; you must keep 61 it in accordance with all its statutes and all its customs.” 62 9:4 So Moses instructed 63 the Israelites to observe 64 the Passover. 9:5 And they observed the Passover 65 on the fourteenth day of the first month at twilight in the wilderness of Sinai; in accordance with all that the Lord had commanded Moses, so the Israelites did.
