Ezra 9:11
9:11 which you commanded us through your servants the prophets with these words:
1 ‘The land that you are entering to possess is a land defiled by the impurities of the local residents!
2 With their abominations they have filled it from one end to the other with their filthiness.

1:9 Her menstrual flow 3 has soiled 4 her clothing; 5
she did not consider 6 the consequences of her sin. 7
Her demise 8 was astonishing, 9
and there was no one to comfort her.
She cried, “Look, 10 O Lord, on my 11 affliction
because my 12 enemy boasts!”
Yehezkiel 24:11
24:11 Set the empty pot on the coals, 13
until it becomes hot and its copper glows,
until its uncleanness melts within it and its rot 14 is consumed.
Yehezkiel 24:13
24:13 You mix uncleanness with obscene conduct. 15
I tried to cleanse you, 16 but you are not clean.
You will not be cleansed from your uncleanness 17
until I have exhausted my anger on you.
Yehezkiel 36:25
36:25 I will sprinkle you with pure water
18 and you will be clean from all your impurities. I will purify you from all your idols.
