Kejadian 32:28

32:28 “No longer will your name be Jacob,” the man told him, “but Israel, because you have fought with God and with men and have prevailed.”

Efesus 3:12

3:12 in whom we have boldness and confident access to God because of Christ’s faithfulness.

Ibrani 4:15-16

4:15 For we do not have a high priest incapable of sympathizing with our weaknesses, but one who has been tempted in every way just as we are, yet without sin. 4:16 Therefore let us confidently approach the throne of grace to receive mercy and find grace whenever we need help.

Ibrani 4:1

God’s Promised Rest

4:1 Therefore we must be wary 10  that, while the promise of entering his rest remains open, none of you may seem to have come short of it.

Yohanes 3:19-21

3:19 Now this is the basis for judging: 11  that the light has come into the world and people 12  loved the darkness rather than the light, because their deeds were evil. 3:20 For everyone who does evil deeds hates the light and does not come to the light, so that their deeds will not be exposed. 3:21 But the one who practices the truth comes to the light, so that it may be plainly evident that his deeds have been done in God. 13
