9:5 He went to his father’s home in Ophrah and murdered his half-brothers,
1 the seventy legitimate
2 sons of Jerub-Baal, on one stone. Only Jotham, Jerub-Baal’s youngest son, escaped,
3 because he hid.
Hakim-hakim 9:18
9:18 But you have attacked
4 my father’s family
5 today. You murdered his seventy legitimate
6 sons on one stone and made Abimelech, the son of his female slave, king over the leaders of Shechem, just because he is your close relative.

14:15 On the fourth 8 day they said to Samson’s bride, “Trick your husband into giving the solution to the riddle. 9 If you refuse, 10 we will burn up 11 you and your father’s family. 12 Did you invite us here 13 to make us poor?” 14
