7:4 Tell him, ‘Make sure you stay calm!¹ Don’t be afraid! Don’t be intimidated² by these two stubs of smoking logs,³ or by the raging anger of Rezin, Syria, and the son of Remaliah.

Yesaya 57:9-11

57:9 You take olive oil as tribute⁴ to your king,⁵

You send your messengers to a distant place;

57:10 Because of the long distance you must travel, you get tired,⁸

Whom do you fear, that you would act so deceitfully

Mazmur 53:5

53:5 They are absolutely terrified,¹⁵

even by things that do not normally cause fear.¹⁶

For God annihilates¹⁷ those who attack you.¹⁸

You are able to humiliate them because God has rejected them.¹⁹

Matius 28:2-5
