82:6 I thought, 1 ‘You are gods;
all of you are sons of the Most High.’ 2

you will fall like all the other rulers.” 4

pay attention, O earth! 5

“I raised children, 6 I brought them up, 7
but 8 they have rebelled 9 against me!

“What right do you have to be in my temple, my beloved people? 11
Many of you have done wicked things. 12
Can your acts of treachery be so easily canceled by sacred offerings 13
that you take joy in doing evil even while you make them? 14
