Ulangan 28:29

28:29 You will feel your way along at noon like the blind person does in darkness and you will not succeed in anything you do; ¹  you will be constantly oppressed and continually robbed, with no one to save you.

Yesaya 6:9-10

6:9 He said, “Go and tell these people:

‘Listen continually, but don’t understand!

Look continually, but don’t perceive!’

6:10 Make the hearts of these people calloused;

make their ears deaf and their eyes blind!

Otherwise they might see with their eyes and hear with their ears,

their hearts might understand and they might repent and be healed.” ² 

Yesaya 56:10

56:10 All their watchmen ³  are blind,

they are unaware. ⁴ 

All of them are like mute dogs,

unable to bark.

They pant, ⁵  lie down,

and love to snooze.

Ratapan 4:14

נ (Nun)

4:14 They ⁶  wander blindly ⁷  through the streets,

defiled by the blood they shed, ⁸ 

while no one dares ⁹ 

to touch their garments.

Zefanya 1:17

1:17 I will bring distress on the people ¹⁰ 

and they will stumble ¹¹  like blind men,

for they have sinned against the Lord.

Their blood will be poured out like dirt;

their flesh ¹²  will be scattered ¹³  like manure.
