13:9 But you banished ¹  the Lord’s priests, Aaron’s descendants, and the Levites, and appointed your own priests just as the surrounding nations do! Anyone who comes to consecrate himself with a young bull or seven rams becomes a priest of these fake gods! ² 

2 Tawarikh 16:14

16:14 He was buried in the tomb he had carved out in the City of David. ³  They laid him to rest on a bier covered with spices and assorted mixtures of ointments. They made a huge bonfire to honor him. ⁴

24:24 Even though the invading Syrian army was relatively weak, the Lord handed over to them Judah’s very large army, ⁸  for the people of Judah ⁹  had abandoned the Lord God of their ancestors. The Syrians ¹⁰  gave Joash what he deserved. ¹¹

31:16 They made disbursements to all the males three years old and up who were listed in the genealogical records – to all who would enter the Lord’s temple to serve on a daily basis and fulfill their duties as assigned to their divisions. ¹⁵

33:19 The Annals of the Prophets include his prayer, give an account of how the Lord responded to it, record all his sins and unfaithful acts, and identify the sites where he built high places and erected Asherah poles and idols before he humbled himself. ¹⁶
