8:10 These men worked for Solomon as supervisors; there were a total of 250 of them who were in charge of the people. ¹ 

2 Tawarikh 20:33

20:33 However, the high places were not eliminated; the people were still not devoted to the God of their ancestors. ² 

[8:10]  ¹ tn Heb “these [were] the officials of the governors who belonged to the king, Solomon, 250, the ones ruling over the people.”
