2:7 Think about what I am saying and ¹  the Lord will give you understanding of all this. ² 

2 Timotius 4:19

4:19 Greetings to ³  Prisca and Aquila ⁴  and the family of Onesiphorus.

[2:7]  ¹ tn The Greek word here usually means “for,” but is used in this verse for a milder continuation of thought.

[2:7]  ² tn Grk “in all things.”

[4:19]  ³ tn Grk “greet.”

[4:19]  ⁴ sn On Prisca and Aquila see also Acts 18:2, 18, 26; Rom 16:3-4; 1 Cor 16:19. In the NT “Priscilla” and “Prisca” are the same person. The author of Acts uses the full name Priscilla, while Paul uses the diminutive form Prisca.
