Galatia 3:5

3:5 Does God then give ¹  you the Spirit and work miracles among you by your doing the works of the law ²  or by your believing what you heard? ³ 

Galatia 4:4

4:4 But when the appropriate time ⁴  had come, God sent out his Son, born of a woman, born under the law,

[3:5]  ³ tn Grk “by [the] hearing of faith” (the same phrase as in v. 2).

[4:4]  ⁴ tn Grk “the fullness of time” (an idiom for the totality of a period of time, with the implication of proper completion; see L&N 67.69).
