Imamat 14:53

14:53 and he is to send the live bird away outside the city ¹  into the open countryside. So he is to make atonement for the house and it will be clean.

Imamat 27:15

27:15 If the one who consecrates it redeems his house, he must add to it one fifth of its conversion value in silver, and it will belong to him. ²
