Kejadian 9:15

9:15 then I will remember my covenant with you ¹  and with all living creatures of all kinds. ²  Never again will the waters become a flood and destroy ³  all living things. ⁴ 

Mazmur 106:45

106:45 He remembered his covenant with them,

and relented ⁵  because of his great loyal love.

[9:15]  ² tn Heb “all flesh.”

[9:15]  ³ tn Heb “to destroy.”

[9:15]  ⁴ tn Heb “all flesh.”

[106:45]  ⁵ tn The Niphal of נָחַם (nakham) refers here to God relenting from a punishment already underway.
