Ratapan 3:66

3:66 Pursue them ¹  in anger and eradicate them

from under the Lord’s heaven.

Mazmur 83:15

83:15 chase them with your gale winds,

and terrify ²  them with your windstorm.

[3:66]  ¹ tn Heb “pursue.” The accusative direct object is implied in the Hebrew, and inserted in the translation.

[83:15]  ² tn The two imperfect verbal forms in v. 15 express the psalmist’s wish or prayer.
