7:10 Do not say, “Why were the old days better than these days?” ¹ 

for it is not wise to ask that. ²

Life is Brief, so Cherish its Joys

9:7 Go, eat your food ³  with joy,

and drink your wine with a happy heart,

because God has already approved your works.
