The plural of דֶרֶךְ (derekh, “way”) is repeated for emphasis. The noun נֹעַם (no’am, “pleasantness”) functions as an attributive genitive: “pleasant ways.”

[59:8]  ²² tn Heb “a way of peace they do not know, and there is no justice in their pathways.”
