Ulangan 1:17

1:17 They ¹  must not discriminate in judgment, but hear the lowly ²  and the great alike. Nor should they be intimidated by human beings, for judgment belongs to God. If the matter being adjudicated is too difficult for them, they should bring it before me for a hearing.

Ulangan 31:17

31:17 At that time ³  my anger will erupt against them ⁴  and I will abandon them and hide my face from them until they are devoured. Many disasters and distresses will overcome ⁵  them ⁶  so that they ⁷  will say at that time, ‘Have not these disasters ⁸  overcome us ⁹  because our ¹⁰  God is not among us ¹¹ ?’
