Ulangan 5:27

5:27 You go near so that you can hear everything the Lord our God is saying and then you can tell us whatever he ¹  says to you; then we will pay attention and do it.”

Ulangan 13:18

13:18 Thus you must obey the Lord your God, keeping all his commandments that I am giving ²  you today and doing what is right ³  before him. ⁴ 

Ulangan 27:3

27:3 Then you must inscribe on them all the words of this law when you cross over, so that you may enter the land the Lord your God is giving you, a land flowing with milk and honey just as the Lord, the God of your ancestors, ⁵  said to you.

[13:18]  ² tn Heb “commanding” (so NASB, NRSV).

[13:18]  ³ tc The LXX and Smr add “and good” to bring the phrase in line with a familiar cliché (cf. Deut 6:18; Josh 9:25; 2 Kgs 10:3; 2 Chr 14:1; etc.). This is an unnecessary and improper attempt to force a text into a preconceived mold.

[13:18]  ⁴ tn Heb “in the eyes of the Lord your God.” See note on the word “him” in v. 3.

[27:3]  ⁵ tn Heb “fathers.”
