20:29 So I said to them, What is this high place you go to?’” (So it is called “High Place” ¹  to this day.)

Yehezkiel 35:5

35:5 “‘You have shown unrelenting hostility and poured the people of Israel onto the blades of a sword ²  at the time of their calamity, at the time of their final punishment.

[20:29]  ¹ tn The Hebrew word (“Bamah”) means “high place.”

[35:5]  ² tn Or “gave over…to the power of the sword.” This phrase also occurs in Jer 18:21 and Ps 63:10.
