Yeremia 7:8

7:8 “‘But just look at you! ¹  You are putting your confidence in a false belief ²  that will not deliver you. ³ 

Yeremia 15:15

15:15 I said, ⁴ 

“Lord, you know how I suffer. ⁵ 

Take thought of me and care for me.

Pay back for me those who have been persecuting me.

Do not be so patient with them that you allow them to kill me.

Be mindful of how I have put up with their insults for your sake.

Yeremia 42:2

There were other Judeans still left in the land of Judah who had not been killed or deported by the Babylonians.
