Yesaya 37:8

37:8 When the chief adviser heard the king of Assyria had departed from Lachish, he left and went to Libnah, where the king was campaigning. ¹ 

Yesaya 57:16

57:16 For I will not be hostile ²  forever

or perpetually angry,

for then man’s spirit would grow faint before me, ³ 

the life-giving breath I created.
