Yosua 1:14

1:14 Your wives, children and cattle may stay in the land that Moses assigned to you east of the Jordan River. But all you warriors must cross over armed for battle ahead of your brothers. ¹  You must help them

Yosua 4:7

4:7 tell them how the water of the Jordan stopped flowing ²  before the ark of the covenant of the Lord. When it crossed the Jordan, the water of the Jordan stopped flowing. ³  These stones will be a lasting memorial for the Israelites.”

Yosua 7:9

7:9 When the Canaanites and all who live in the land hear about this, they will turn against us and destroy the very memory of us ⁴  from the earth. What will you do to protect your great reputation?” ⁵

22:30 When Phinehas the priest and the community leaders and clan leaders who accompanied him heard the defense of the Reubenites, Gadites, and the Manassehites, ⁶  they were satisfied. ⁷
