Yosua 13:6

13:6 I will drive out before the Israelites all who live in the hill country from Lebanon to Misrephoth Maim, ¹  all the Sidonians; you be sure to parcel it out to Israel as I instructed you.” ² 

Yosua 22:27

22:27 but as a reminder to us and you, ³  and to our descendants who follow us, that we will honor the Lord in his very presence ⁴  with burnt offerings, sacrifices, and tokens of peace. ⁵  Then in the future your descendants will not be able to say to our descendants, ‘You have no right to worship the Lord.’ ⁶ 

Yosua 23:16

23:16 If you violate the covenantal laws of the Lord your God which he commanded you to keep, ⁷  and follow, worship, and bow down to other gods, ⁸  the Lord will be very angry with you and you will disappear ⁹  quickly from the good land which he gave to you.”
