5 dan membacakannya di depan umum.
11 Para pemuka, setelah diberitahu tentang itu oleh Mikha, menyuruh Yehudi untuk mengambil gulungan kitab itu dan membacakannya.
19 Mereka menyuruh Barukh dan Yeremia bersembunyi.
20 Raja, Yoyakim, setelah diberitahu tentanghal itu, mendengar sebagian darinya, dan membakar gulungan itu.
27 Yeremia mencela keputusannya.

But Baruch, with great simplicity, so answered their question, as to shew that he only acted as Jeremiah's amanuensis, and wrote verbatim what he had dictated. |
